Football

The girls football teams have begun the year playing well.  At the Back-to-School Tournament, the Juniors finished first with the seniors finishing second in their group.

In the Tayside Inter-Regional Tournament both teams finished second.  The only goals the juniors conceded were in the penalty shoot-out.  Other than Harris, Arbroath H.S., Arbroath Ac, Montrose, Craigie, Auchterarder and Carnoustie competed.

At the Tayside/Perth and Kinross Festival, Harris competed against Perth High, Perth Grammar, Carnoustie and Arbroath H.S. and finished second.  A team of S1 girls also took part in an indoor 5-1-side competition with teams from Arbroath and Crieff and won through to the next stage.  (In the same competition our S1 boys also qualified).

Before the winter break, both junior and senior teams are at the top of their leagues with both teams as yet undefeated.
