Debating Success

 

 

On Thursday, 30th October, the school hosted the second heat of the first round of  The Courier/Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland Schools Debating Competition.  The motion to be debated was "This House Just Wants To Be Rich".

We are happy to report that the Harris Team successfully negotiated this first hurdle and progress to the next round of the competition, along with sides representing St Leonards  and Webster's High.
 

 


Halloween Disco

 

 

On Wednesday 29th October, the first and second year had  the opportunity to take part in a Halloween Disco, organised by the current S6.  As the picture above suggests, pupils were encouraged to wear fancy dress.  To find out more, and view many more pictures, visit the Pupilweb or click here.
