In late February, S2 pupils had the chance to attend "Making It In Scotland", an event organised by Careers Scotland. Pupils had the chance to find out about careers in the construction industry, and to take part in a number of hands-on tasks. In mid February, pupils who had received the platinum award under the school's discipline for learning scheme enjoyed the traditional reward of a weekend trip to London. Further details (and a lot of pics) are available on the Pupilweb, or by clicking here.

Over the last couple of years, the clock which stands above the old main entrance to the school has been more than a little eccentric in its timekeeping. A group of Former Pupils is hoping to raise money to get it back in full working order. To find out more visit the FP Site or click here.
