Class of '01

On Wednesday 27th June, the school said its farewell to the departing sixth year.  As ever, this event was marked by an end of session dinner-dance in the Invercarse Hotel.  You can find out more about this event by visiting the What's On section of the Pupil Web or by clicking here.

Prizegiving 2001

The Annual School Prizegiving was held in the Assembly Hall on Wednesday 27th June.  The Principal Speaker was Dr Jonathan Kobine, a former pupil, who also presented prizewinners with their awards.

The highlight of the event was the standing ovation when Mr Thewliss mentioned the award of an M.B.E. to Mr Stibbles for his many years of dedication to the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.

Enterprising  Maths

On Friday, 22nd June, the Harris acted as hosts for the annual Enterprising Maths competition. This event was originally scheduled to be held at Morgan Academy before the school was so cruelly devastated by fire.  It is perhaps fitting that the Morgan Academy team again triumphed in the competition.

Further details (and many more pictures) are available in the  pupil work section of the Maths Department site, or by clicking here.
