We
also enjoyed a whole range of après ski activities throughout the week,
including a pizza night, bowling, disco, karaoke and shopping in Aosta.
We had awards every evening for the best skier and boarder, as well as
“splat of the day” and “champagne moment”, which could be
anything funny that had happened that day. The week also ended with an
official awards ceremony organised by the Interski staff and
instructors, where certificates were given out to the pupils to
recognise their achievements on the slopes. The Hotel Valdotain provided wonderful accommodation for our group, and delicious food in a lovely, quiet, traditional village just outside of Aosta. Our pupils were very well behaved and had a fantastic week away, returning home tired but happy. I (Mrs Leppard), would like to take this opportunity to say thank-you to Mr O’Brien for helping me to organise the trip, and to Mr Clarkson, Mr McBride and Miss Simpson for their help and support in Pila.
