A group of Harris Academy FPs who started their secondary education in 1958 recently enjoyed a reunion. Following a nostalgic visit to the school in the morning they enjoyed a buffet supper in the evening at the West Park Conference Centre. Almost 60 former classmates gathered from all corners of the globe including Brisbane, Australia; Singapore; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Germany and Spain and every corner of the British Isles. The evening was such a resounding success that they are hoping to have a repeat gathering in two years - their 50th anniversary - with even more of their former classmates participating.
