Burns Supper 2007

 

 

125 persons, (FPs and guests, speakers and partners, and representatives of the School) attended last nights Burns supper at the Invercarse Hotel.
 
School piper, Scott Findlay piped in the guests and the Haggis that was addressed by Gordon Laird
 
After the Selkirk Grace, an excellent meal (most opting for the traditional Haggis) was thoroughly enjoyed.
 
Gordon Withers proposed the Immortal Memory, David Adam Toasted the Lasses and Rhona Gray replied, Bill Hirspool proposed the Toast to the School, Jim Thewliss replied, Bill Yeaman proposed the Vote of Thanks 
 
Anne Scott sang very sweetly, and four School pipers and a drummer played rousingly at the interval.
