The Bridge Club takes place
each Thursday lunchtime in Room 103, courtesy of Mrs Gow.

At the Bridge Club on Thursday lunchtimes, we meet up with our friends and play a few rounds of Bridge. We play a system called Basic Acol, one of the simplest systems. It takes a few months to learn how to play Bridge and about six months to play confidently. You may think that Bridge sounds boring but, once you get the hang of it, it's fun and exciting when you go to competitions and play other schools. Harris enters two competitions yearly, the Scottish Central District and the National School Championships. At the moment there are around 16 Bridge members but we would welcome new members.
