On Monday and Tuesday June 23rd and 24th, Mr Murphy and Dr Brindle represented the school on a fact-finding trip to the Midlands of England.  They were joined by representatives of Whitfield Primary, our partners in the Future Schools project, and by members of Dundee City ICT department.

The trip involved visits to a primary school and to a secondary school, both with a prestigious reputation regarding the way in which they have used ICT to enhance the attainment of their pupils.  The visiting party had the opportunity to hear presentations and to discuss strategies with their English counterparts, as well as the chance to visit classes using the latest technology.  Everyone involved agreed that the visit had been thought-provoking and well worthwhile.
